2012 Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. You need a valid ticket that must be produced to get into the show.
2. If you have a camping or weekend ticket the Marshals MUST put a wrist band on you upon first entering the show.
3. The bmf reserves the right to refuse admission to the shows if you are intoxicated, refuse to follow the direction of the show organisers or appointed Marshals.
4. Please do not be offended if the organisers ask to look in your bag - to ensure everyone's safety they may have to conduct occasional searches.
5. Only in the event of a show being cancelled will we refund your ticket.
6. Reselling this ticket for commercial gain or profit makes it void.
7. In the unlikely event that the show organiser needs to make an alteration to the advertised details for the performance at short notice the bmf nor the show organiser will be obliged to refund your money or exchange your ticket.
8. The lighting of fires is strictly forbidden on any part of the showground and doing so will result in you being asked to leave immediately. There will be no refund if you breach this condition.
9. At the bmf shows you may be filmed, photographed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming, photographing and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have objections, you should contact a member of the Show organiser's team immediately you arrive.
10. We're sorry if any of your personal property is lost or damaged while at the show, but neither the bmf nor the show organisers will be liable or accept any responsibility for any loss howsoever caused
11. Please be aware that there will be NO movement of vehicles allowed on the site during the show times other than safety or organisers. Under NO circumstances will you be allowed to use your vehicle and if this condition is breached you will be asked to leave the showground immediately.

Definitions:
Child: Any child who is under the age of 16 yearsSenior Citizen: Any man or woman who is over the age 60 years
Camping: Anyone who purchases a weekend camping ticket can gain entry to the show sites from 12.00 noon on the Friday prior to the general public show dates. Entry will NOT be permitted before this time. Camping tickets allow the purchaser access to the evening entertainment
Day Tickets: Day tickets to the bmf shows entitle the purchaser access to the show site from 09.00 - 17.00 on the day of purchase. Day tickets DO NOT entitle the purchaser entry to the evening entertainment.
Caravans: Caravan plots are available (limited numbers) at the bmf May show and the bmf Tailend show. Access to the sites is from 12.00 noon. Entry will NOT be permitted before this time.
Refunds: Once purchased, tickets CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
