When will my tickets be dispatched?
Tickets will be dispatched in batches, on a first-come first-served basis. We usually start dispatching tickets around 4 weeks before the event and last delivery is made approx 5 days before the event. You will receive an email when your tickets are dispatched, containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

How will my tickets be dispatched? What is the delivery charge?
All tickets are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, at a charge of £1.85. This is a signed-for service so you will need to either sign for the delivery when it arrives, or collect from your local sorting office within 7 days if you miss the delivery.

What happens if I miss my delivery and don't pick up the tickets?
Any tickets not called for will be returned to us. We will then contact you and either re-dispatch them at a cost of £5 to cover our expenses in doing so, or arrange for you to collect the tickets from the box office at the event.

Why is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?
There are limits on how many members-priced tickets you can purchase (4 tickets per member). This is to ensure that members are purchasing tickets for themselves and their family and not buying additonal tickets to pass on to non-members. Everyone can purchase as many non-member priced tickets as they wish.

Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds available on any tickets unless the event is cancelled.

I have purchased the wrong tickets
Please contact Skiddle customer service as soon as possible, preferably before the tickets are dispatched. We can arrange to replace your tickets, subject to an administration fee. Any tickets already dispatched will need to be returned to us at your own risk before we can replace tickets.

Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Tickets will be available on the gate, subject to availability. Gate prices are higher than buying in advance so you are advised to puchase as soon as possible to take advantage of the discounted ticket prices.

Do children need tickets?
No, all children who are 0-15 can enter the event free of charge without a ticket, but must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone 16 or over must purchase the appropriate ticket for entry.

When can I pitch my tent?
You can arrive on site from 14.00. Please note you cannot pitch tents after dusk on Friday and Saturday night

Are dogs allowed on site?
Yes - dogs are allowed but MUST be kept on leads at all times

How far is camping away from car parking?
Unlike at festivals cars can be taken onto the campsite and park

Can bikes go on camp site?
Bikes are allowed onto 2 wheel camp sites

Is there disabled access?
The BMF show and the Tailend show have a designated disabled entrance and Mobility scooters can be hired.

Do carers get free passes?
Yes. All carers are entitled to free access

What entertainment is on the Fri & Sat night?
The BMF show - 4 bands per night, Kelso Bikefest 2/3 bands, Tailend show 3 bands (different bands each night)

Are there electric hook-ups for caravans at the Peterbrough show?

Definitions:

Child: Any child who is under the age of 16 years

Senior Citizen: Any man or woman who is over the age 60 years

Camping: Anyone who purchases a weekend camping ticket can gain entry to the show sites from 14.00 on the Friday prior to the general public show dates. Entry will NOT be permitted before this time. Camping tickets allow the purchaser access to the evening entertainment

Day Tickets: Day tickets to the bmf shows entitle the purchaser access to the show site from 09.00 - 17.00 on the day of purchase. Day tickets DO NOT entitle the purchaser entry to the evening entertainment.

Caravans: Caravan plots are available (limited numbers) at the bmf May show and the bmf Tailend show. Access to the sites is from 14.00. Entry will NOT be permitted before this time.

Refunds: Once purchased, tickets CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
